From September 22 to 26 head of IT-department trained and passed the course Cisco Multiprotocol Label Switching
From September 22 to 26, at the CiSchool training center in Moscow, the Chief of the IT Department, Alexander Neupokoev, participated in the Cisco training course titled “Implementing Cisco Multiprotocol Label Switching.”
Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) is a highly efficient technology designed to significantly enhance the performance of IP networks. It offers service providers a robust and scalable method to deliver customer connectivity. The course focused on the practical implementation of MPLS in modern networks, offering insights into the operation of this complex protocol and helping students build the confidence needed to apply MPLS in real-world environments.
Prerequisites:
Participants are expected to have prior experience with advanced routing protocols such as Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), Open Shortest Path First (OSPF), and Intermediate System-to-Intermediate System (IS-IS). A thorough understanding of dynamic routing protocol configuration is essential, as it plays a vital role in MPLS deployment. Completion of the ICND and BSCI courses (or equivalent hands-on experience) is strongly recommended.
Target Audience:
The MPLS 2.2 course is ideal for professionals involved in the design, implementation, or troubleshooting of MPLS-based networks and solutions. It is also particularly relevant for individuals pursuing Cisco certifications, including the Cisco CCNP® Service Provider and CCIE® tracks.
