We use hardening furnaces from the world’s leading manufacturers such as Nabertherm (Germany), Nakal (Russia) and semi-automatic line Codere System 250-70/100 (Switzerland), which allows us to perform heat treatment with high precision and consistency of quality. These technologies provide control over the parameters of each processing step, which is especially important for products requiring increased wear resistance and precision.
Our plant is equipped with a variety of modern equipment, which allows us to carry out not only heat treatment but also machining of metals depending on the customer’s requirements. Thanks to highly qualified personnel and constant technical control at every stage of production, the plant processes up to 17 tonnes of metal per day. This guarantees that even large orders are fulfilled in due time without loss of quality.

The factory performs heat treatment using the following methods:
– cementation – increases the surface hardness of products;
– nitrocementation – provides combined saturation of the surface with nitrogen and carbon;
– nitriding – creates a corrosion-resistant coating;
– HF (high frequency hardening) – ideal for hardening complex shaped parts;
– annealing and tempering – increases ductility and reduces stresses within the material.
