New kesel R2500M rail milling machine

We have received a new Kesel R2500M Rework Cutter at our plant. It will start operating in the 1st quarter of 2022, the foundations for it were prepared last year. The new machine will allow mass processing of steel strips with length up to 2950 mm and width up to 250 mm. The machine will be equipped with a 43 kW milling head, which allows milling of a tooth up to 32 modules. The machine will have a Siemens 840D sl CNC system, coolant system and swarf conveyor.
