New ShPSh-1 rail grinder

The engineering office of the company is completing the design of a new rail grinding machine SPS-1 for grinding the rail neck and foot at the welded joint between main rails P50, P65 and P75 after they are welded in the track. The machine can grind the whole rail profile due to the special suspension and the possibility to rotate the grinding head by 45° in the vertical plane. Thanks to a special copying device, the machine grinds the welded joint precisely to the rail profile.
